albums

for anyone else out there who geeks out over wedding albums...
I'm terribly happy with the new options from Leather Craftsmen.
Let me show you why I love this book I just received.

pages are thick and gilded in silver

custom mats allow for variety in the layouts and help the albums flow

the leathers they use are exquisite. you have to touch them.

subtle name imprinting on the spine

clean design. I love the white on white.

you can open the book all the way without bending the spine

mix of matted pages and flush-mount pages in the same album

I am growing fond of the square (8x8) and will also offer this in 6x8 and 8x10. this simple and refined album is perfect for my couples.

If you've never checked out The Wedding Chicks blog, you're in for a treat. It's like eating cupcakes with your eyes. yum. They've featured one of my very favorite couples from Providence this week. When something is this beautiful, you just want to share it with the world. wedding chicks

Matt + Lacey

a wedding in Columbus, Indiana

Columbus Indiana wedding

when the weather turned cold earlier that week, they decided to move the ceremony indoors. a whole crew of friends and family got together and painted the inside of the shelter white for the wedding. the ceremony was warm and wonderfully engaging. it felt like the entire room became a part of the marriage. also, lacey's facial expressions are amazing. this girl wears her heart on her face.

cupcakes + milk shots!
